ARTICLE VII

Section One: Constitutioanl Authority

This Constitution shall become effective upon ratification of a two-thirds majority of those students voting. This Constitution shall supersede any past Constitution of the ASSCC. If any part of this Constitution is found unenforceable, the remaining parts shall continue with full force and effect.
