Hi, I'm Lewis Caviness, an adjunct associate professor
 of mathematics here at Sacramento City College.

I've been teaching here for the past twenty years and enjoying
 each semester, with its fresh group of students to meet.

Math is one of my passions, and if you dislike or fear math,
 I hope that you can learn to appreciate and master math
 in your career and every day life.
