The program is designed to serve student parents enrolled in classes provided by Sacramento City College. Families enrolled at the Sacramento City College Child Development Center&nbsp;must meet&nbsp;the conditions of these grants.</font></p> <blockquote style="margin-right: 0px;" dir="ltr"> </blockquote> <p style="font-family: arial;"><font size="3">To be&nbsp;eligible,&nbsp;the Child Development Center parents must be income eligible. (Priority is given to those families&nbsp;with the&nbsp;lowest income.) An ongoing interest/waiting list is maintained at the Child Development Center for each age group.</font></p> <p style="font-family: arial;"><font size="3">Children are admitted to the Child Development Center&nbsp;once administration has&nbsp;determined that the family meets the eligibility requirements, and the Child Development Center meets the child's individual needs.</font></p> <p style="font-family: arial;"><font size="3">The center also serves as a learning laboratory for Sacramento City College students studying Child Development and Early Childhood Education.
