Good customer service is a requirement for business success, yet few people have ever been trained in the "soft skills" desired by employers.

Sacramento City College now offers a convenient, affordable solution. Each course is only nine hours long and the student earns 1/2 unit of college credit. This award-winning curriculum is offered on the Sacramento City College campus and at convenient, off-campus locations.

Learn how to deliver excellent customer service to increase sales and profits, reduce customer complaints, build customer loyalty, and foster employee teamwork and communication.
