Course Objectives

We all experience conflict at work. But conflict gets in the way of good business. Topics will include the causes of conflict and strategies for resolving it. Learn strategies for dealing with tough issues and turning difficult customers into loyal customers. Emphasis will be placed on how to work with difficult people, and how to bring out the best in others.

Additional Information

  • Each course is 9 hours
  • Participants will receive 1/2 unit of college credit per course
