Course Objectives
If you can’t work well with your internal customers, you can’t provide quality service to your external customers. Students will learn how effective teams work, common problems teams encounter, and how to resolve them. They will learn to recognize and deal with various coworker personalities and team player styles.

- Each course is 9 hours
