The following educational support services are available to meet the unique needs of students with disabilities to assist them in achieving a successful college experience.

  • Assisitive Computer Technology
  • Auxiliary Aides
  • Alternate Media
  • Liaison with Campus and/or Community Agencies
  • Priority Registration Assistance
  • Special Parking
  • Supplemental Specialized Orientation
  • Extended Testing Time & Testing Rooms
  • Academic, Career and Personal Counseling
  • Sign Language and Interpreting Services
  • Reader, Note taker, Transcriber Services
  • Mobility Assistance
  • Proctorial Testing
  • Lockers
  • Adaptive Physical Education: Weight Training and Aquatic Fitness
  • Classroom Accommodations and Adjustments

There are no additional costs to students who receive DRC services. To be eligible to participate in this program, students with disabilities must:

  1. Complete an Application for Services (pdf format) 
  2. Submit professional verification of their disabling condition; and
  3. Make measurable progress toward their educational goals.
