The Assisitive Computer Lab at Sacramento City College offers a variety of computer accommodations. We have software and hardware solutions for students with visual, cognitive, physical and learning disabilities. Assisitive Technology allows students equal access to technology. Learn more about the software programs and special hardware we use. Purpose The primary purpose of the Assistive Technology Lab is to determine the technology that will best meet the needs of the individual student and then offer instruction in the use of that technology. In order to insure quality and focused service, out computer lab is only open to those with a referral from the Disability Resource Center. Location We are located in the Auditorium Building, Room A2. (The same location as the Learning (dis)Abilities office.) Lab Hours Monday through Thursday - 8:00 am to 7:00 pm Friday - 8:00 to 4:30 We have limited staff, so hours may be subject to change. Walk-ins are welcome, but it is suggested that you make an appointment. Our phone number is 916-558-2105.
