Bb - Copy Content

Bb 6 offers a feature that you will like, copy content from one course to another. This technique uses the Course Map to identify the "destination" of the copied content.

You must be an instructor in both classes. Start from the Control Panel of the source course, find a folder (or an item) to be copied to a different course and look for the "Copy" button on the right side of the screen.

[Modify] [Copy] [Remove]

Experiment with this process on one Item ... and see how it works. Then work with a folder of items.

Not all content will copy using this procedure. Assignments, tests and quizzes and surveys will not copy this way for example because they are directly connected to the gradebook. Also Faulty Profiles will not copy. You must re-create any of these components in your new course.
