Survival in the virtual world of Blackboard requires your familiarity with the following resources:

1. Critical information for all Blackboard users is found under the Help tab. This resource is available before and after you log in at http://blackboard.losrios.edu. Be sure to point out this HELP DESK to your students. The Help service contact is available 24/7 for students and faculty.

2. Instructor Manual for Bb v7.1 should be downloaded to your computer for easy access, the local copy can be found at http://scc.losrios.edu/~bbsite/Blackboard_Instructor_Manual_7.1.pdf

5. Behind Blackboard site for faculty and students - sign-in required to access materials (manuals, tutorials and guides) at http://behind.blackboard.com/s/fs_loginhelp.Bb

There is a NEW process for SCC faculty >> Bb - Course Requests for Spring 2007 (http://scc.losrios.edu/~bbsite/course). The form is an Acrobat document with interactive buttons. Windows and Mac users will be able to use Acrobat Reader v6 - 7 or 8 to submit requests.
