The process for applying for salary advancement is detailed on the LRCCD Application for Credit for Salary Schedule Advancement for Lower Division Units and Non-Academic Activities form available from your division office. The application must be submitted for approval by your dean and the campus vice president of instruction, with final approval by Personnel Services at district office. We have prepared an electronic draft of the Salary Advancement application form for the Institute as a workshop activity. This paperwork needs to be submitted to your dean for written support and signature before routing to the Office of Instruction. If approved for Debbie Travis' signature, the completed form will then be forwarded to Personnel Services. If approved at District Office, you will receive a copy in the mail for your records.

After the Institute is over and you have finished the second phase of developing your online course, we will meet and review your course. A Certificate of Completion will be provided, signed by the Instructional Development Coordinator and the Dean of Learning Resources. This is your proof for salary advancement credit. The Certificate of Completion will be issued after the review meeting with the Instructional Development Coordinator following your Institute attendance plus homework hours for reading, research and online class development.
