Guide to Writing a Basic Essay” This site guides you through the process of essay writing by following a commonly used format with easy to follow instructions. A sample essay is provided as a model. Links to a variety of writing, research, and grammar resources to enrich your writing experiences.  An excellent site to use as a step-by-step guide in writing an essay, regardless of its purpose. “The Write Place” This is an online writing lab.  It offers help at the  intermediate and advanced level essay writing and quick reference guides to common writing concerns such as writing and documenting a research paper, editing advice for native and non-native speakers of English, business and technical writing suggestions, and academic essay writing tips. http://leo.stcloudstate.edu
