Leisure Activities
Sacramento City College offers students, staff, and the community several opportunities for leisure and recreation.
Tom Kalber leads Tai Chi lessons on Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 7 to 8 AM in South Gym 214, open to all staff at no cost.
Sports fans can find opportunities to root for the home team on the SCC Panthers' website.
The Art Department provides a number of exhibitions in Gregory Kondos Gallery throughout the year, and also holds a Winter art sale, which is a great place to buy presents for the holidays! The sale is announced via email toward the end of the Fall Semester.
City Theater performances are also announced via email.
The SCC Music Department is very active and holds public and campus performances of their jazz and world music ensembles several times throughout the year.
