The Online Writing Lab’s mission is to serve the entire Sacramento City College community by empowering students, faculty, and staff to become better writers, critical thinkers, and communicators.
English instructor Tom Miner designed the OWL with the generous support of the College with a partial professional development leave during Spring 2007 and technical assistance from Melissa Green, Jory Hadsell, and Alex Adan. I
n the future, I hope to continue building an array of online and on-site resources for writers, and to collaborate with departments across campus to provide improved discipline-specific services.
