Interesting details about your site can be found by looking at the most read pages. Change the URL to be something like: http://web.scc.losrios.edu/yoursite/stats/mostreadmessages
Help The Editors Only > Help link takes you to the Userland Manila support site where you'll fine wonderful resources and an energetic user community. Later. Maybe. For now, the SCC manual is online at http://web.scc.losrios.edu/scoop/manual.
Limiting Search Engines When you create a story you have the option to give it a Path name in the Admin box. This is a good idea if you want to create friendly URLs for your visitors. You can always get to a story from the Editors Only Stories link. Set a path if you want to limit search engines from indexing a page. Add that page's path to the robot field in the Editors Only > Prefs > Advanced > Robot.txt link. The format for this path is:

/mydesk /journal

Print Friendly Option Each theme is designed for online reading, so some sites offer a "print friendly" option that alters the margins of the print area. By adding a Frontier Macro you can offer this option on one page or on your template for all pages. {printFriendlyLink ("Print-friendly version of this page")}
Editors Only Admin page The Admin page has advanced features for your site. You might use this page to delete stories and pictures. Additionally, site members can be designated, blocked or deleted here.

Editors of your site must be members. The advantage of adding members from the Admin page is that you can set the password for a member as you add them to site. Be sure to add their email address to the appropriate editor role in the Editors Only > Prefs > Editorial page.

Delete members from the Admin page.
Discuss and Bulletins Some features of Manila will not be supported at SCC, specifically using Manila for discussions and listservs. We currently use Blackboard as our course management system and it easily handles discussion boards, listservs and automatic enrollment of users. If you are interested in these features, sign up for the SCC Online Institute or visit with Melissa Green.
