Manila is considered a 'content management' tool. The text typed on each page is separated from the display elements of the page. Cool. The display elements are called 'themes' and you have access to several SCC themes as models for your work. Remember, these themes follow the SCC Web Guidelines and are accessible. You will need to meet these standards for your site customization as well.
The place to swap out one theme for another is Editors Only > Prefs > Themes. Choose a new theme and click the Submit button.
The place to view the theme template is Editors Only > Prefs > Advanced > Template (also Home Page Template and Print Friendly Template).
Always plan to edit your template outside Manila and keep a copy of your code offline.
