Student Service SLO Draft
Beginning in Spring, 2006, a large number of faculty and staff from student service areas across the college have attended several workshops and working division meetings in order to develop a "division level" set of SLOs for all of Student Services. The product of these efforts represent the areas of knowledge and skills that we expect students to learn and apply as a result of their interactions with student support services here at SCC.
These Student Service SLOs were approved by Academic Senate in May, 2008 and are currently being used by individual units in their development of unit-level SLOs and SLO assessment plans.
This set of Student Service SLOs is similar to SLOs at all levels here at SCC in that they are a living document. Ongoing review and feedback of these SLOs from all groups across the college is needed to ensure their relevance to our students' experience.
