Resource Materials

• The Center offers various resources such as instructional software, videotapes, audiotapes, handouts, print resources, the Internet and online databases that can assist students in their course work.
• Individual conferences are available to assess students' learning needs.
• Learning styles assessment and application of effective study techniques.
• Handouts covering a variety of topics such as study skills, reading, writing, test-taking, and learning styles are available.
• Media materials on study skills, math, reading, writing, English as Second Language, and learning styles are available on request from the Instructional Media circulation counter.
• Descriptions of media materials are in the Media Materials Reference Catalog located in the Learning Assistance area.
