Human Services 92 - Prerequisite Skills Assistance

This variable-unit course is designed to help students acquire or improve their basic skills in reading, writing, or math through multimedia computer instruction. Enrolled students in this course complete their assignments on computers in the Learning Skills and Tutoring Center.  Students can "attend" the class anytime the Learning Skills and Tutoring Center is open.  See General Information for hours and location of the Center.

This course is offered as:

  • self-paced
  • individualized instruction
  • open entry/open exit
  • credit/no credit grading

Human Career Development 360 - Academic Skills

This is a one unit, independent study course designed to help students improve their study skills using audio-visual, multimedia and print materials. This course is also available online. This course is CSU transferable.
